John D. Dulcich is an experienced real estate developer and trusted financial advisor with over 35 years in the industry. Well-connected in the Pacific Northwest marketplace, John’s knowledge and expertise has yielded several successful projects for his investors and clients. The projects comprise over 3 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate, and include a diverse portfolio of professional office, mixed use, retail shopping centers, multi-family and single family developments.

John graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Business Administration and Accounting.
He is a former councilmember and three-term mayor of the City of Newcastle, Washington. He is a former president of the Bellevue Sunrise Rotary, a past chair of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Open Shop Committee, and past member of the Valley Medical Hospital Ethics Advisory Panel, and the Citizens Advisory Board Issaquah School District.
John is a Northwest native and a sports enthusiast. He enjoys fishing on the Columbia River and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Columbia River Maritime Museum in Astoria, Oregon. He and his wife Imelda have two grown children.
